Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges at October.es of any Item are allowed and are always free of charge, using our return methods. Please note that it is a requirement that the product is returned to us in its original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all labels. The item/s must be placed into a bag tightly closed.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.

In the case of orders delivered in Balearic Islands only RETURNS will be accepted. Unfortunately, EXCHANGES are not allowed.

RETURNS: For orders, less than 30€ (excluding shipping costs) it will be refunded the full amount of the returned items, however please note that unfortunately the shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded.

IN CASE OF REQUESTING A SECOND CHANGE OR RETURN OF A SAME ARTICLE, THE EXPENSES OF THE TRANSPORTATION AGENCY WILL BE CHARGED

El cambio o devolución será aceptado si cumple con los siguientes requisitos:

Los productos tienen que estar en las mismas condiciones que fueron entregados, conservando sus etiquetas originales y sin haber sido usados, en su embalaje original o en una bolsa debidamente cerrada. Cuando se devuelva uno o varios producto/s de un pedido donde se ha aplicado una promoción, ésta quedará automáticamente anulada o descontada del importe a devolver, si con la devolución de dichos artículo/s el pedido de compra original deja de cumplir los requisitos necesarios para que se aplique dicha promoción.

If you are a non-registered user and you need to return or exchange an item, you will be able to do it using the following form:

If you would prefer a different size or color, you have 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment to request the exchange of the same item reference. Please note, that it is not allowed to exchange an item for a different item reference. If this is the case, you will have to make a return of the item and place a new order.

If you are a registered user you will be able to make an exchange at October.es following these steps:

- Go to My Account > My orders > Orders and returns > select new return.

- Select the order that you would like to manage the exchange.

- Select the item > Select change Color/Size > Choose the new Color/Size that you would like to get instead.

Once we receive your request we check that is correct a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Once the exchange has been accepted it will take between 1 to 3 working days to the shipping company to get to your shipping address. Please note that they will collect the returned item and will deliver the new one.

If within 30 days of the confirmation email reception the shipping company has not been able to reach you to do the collection the request will be considered CANCELLED.
If you are a registered user you will be able to make return at October.es following these steps:

- Go to My Account > My orders > Orders and returns > select new return.

- Select the order that you would like to manage the return.

- Select the item to be returned. Please make sure you let us know the reason for the return.

- Once we receive your request a confirmation email will be sent to you.

- Once the return has been confirmed it will take between 1 to 3 working days to the shipping company to get to your shipping address to collect the item.

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 3-15 days, depending on your bank.

If within 30 days of the confirmation email reception the shipping company has not been able to reach you to do the collection the request will be considered CANCELLED.
